As per previous notifications this subject is time and implementation sensitive and shouldn't be discussed at anytime with employees in the field. The reduction in expenses, mitigation of complex area issues, and the absorbing of expired assets must be completed with adjusted projections by December 3, with turn around execution by no later than January 3.
