Unless u have short term disability it goes by state typically 4 weeks before and 6 weeks after. CR, unlike many retailers over you no compensation for maternity leave. Aero Anne Taylor offer full salary for maternity. Unfortunately CR sucks and does not.
It takes weeks before you get your first disability check and Rosa in CR corporate who handles it never returns emails or phone calls making the process longer and more stressful. My advise is have a savings ready you will need it
