Kind of true. Carla was dating one of her admissions manager that was promoted to a director under her. Once they got really serious the company then transferred him to auo and have promoted him to rvp Levi Jacobs. They recently got married i believe. It helps to sleep

Clearly this is Senior Management writing about what “great leaders” they are and how impactful they are on their staff. There is not a soul in that building that genuinely feels that way or would ever defend anyone in leadership there. A true leader is someone who motivates their staff with a supportive, compassionate, humble and subservient leadership style. Since management is reading this…Do you honestly believe these are the words your staff would use to describe you? You may have some “nodders” in your group, but no one believes in your ability to lead them. It’s unfortunate that you’ve mistaken leadership with the art of inflicting fear in your staff. Management through fear does not inspire people nor does it make them want to work for you. You may get students that day, but the truth is you’ll never have long –term success with a staff that respects and believes in you. Again, threatening people and entire teams with their last “start numbers” may make you feel like a big shot, but it does nothing to encourage a culture of positivity, growth or innovation. Besides, is that even legal? Oh wait, you’ll just disguise Success Factors with a soft skills section that has no universal rating system allowing a manager to decide a person’s fate based on how well they are liked. I’ve sat here and watched amazing staff members leave each week because they are sick and tired of the failed leadership that surrounds them. And who can really blame them…The gossip, slander and jokes made about staff members behind the doors of the management meetings is enough to make anyone sick. And yes, your staff knows what goes on so stop fooling yourself. Sure you can flip applications, run reports and laugh at your staff in meetings, but what do you actually do to serve others? It’s very interesting that when a “leadership” position opens up not one person on your floor wants to apply. Is it because they lack the ability? I highly doubt that because I’m pretty sure everyone there has the ability to walk around all day and bark orders out. Could it be because they don’t believe in your “great leadership” abilities and do not want to be a part of it? My guess would be the latter.

My recommendation would be to get off this message board and take the advice we give our students daily and take our “Motivating and Managing People” class. You may find it eye opening.

You can only sit there and dream that you could be an impactful leader such as Bigler. He has proven himself time and time again. I kind of feel bad for you in the sense that you need to hide behind a computer to stir up some bogus claims about something you clearly know nothing about. I don't think we could expect anything more from a kid who can't carry on conversations over the phone, and is still trying to find his purpose in life. Hopefully you can find something more productive to do with your time.
