As a long term contributor to the forum I am saddened we've been reduced to bowel based retaliation, those of us who warned of the assistant layoffs, logistics restructuring, logistics elimination, etc. We use this to combat a disreputable business, now we've been reduced to their level. I think we're better than this, if you want to strike back report shorted hours, report a hostile work environment, don't fix their problems rather give them what they pay for. We try to keep you folks clued in, but we need to preserve the integrity of our process. Thank you for your time.

Not sure corporate would want to advertise these horrible acts. We have lost several employees in our district due to these disgusting acts of rebellion by a select few sickos.
I think it may be corporate posting these BM stories just to make this board seem irrelevant and childish so new people that read it are turned off.
We have only been marking our territories like wolves in our store. A little golden rain....actually taking a shit on the floor, that is horrible and crossing the line!
I don't understand why anyone would reduce them self to a bowel movement on a floor or anything in that matter....revenge? .retaliation? ...just leave...quit...move on....the rest of us are trying to figure things out...and really Dont appreciate the juvenile antics.
Does anyone have an idea when this lay off is taking place?...i have a family to provide for and I just can't handle the stress of not knowing what my future is with this company
You people need to realize your potential future employer may be shopping your store. Your actions and your store's atmosphere are a reflection of you. I have recruited people from Staples in the past. If I walked into one of your stores and found what you are describing, I would walk out. No matter how you feel, you need to be professional for yourself, and others who are in the same situation as you.
What category of "assistants" fall into the layoffs you mention above? Has it already happened or being planned? Please elaborate if you are allowed to do so.
