Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Hey man thanks for the update. You have been right on many things in the past so I am not questioning you. I am just a little confused. In another thread you said, "Heald and the California schools are in a weird way. Part of the purchase has ECMC and CCI putting in money in escrow for legal costs and if CCI settles they still own the CA schools and Heald. I believe the CA schools and Heald are/were the most profitable." If I understand you right, you are saying it's possible for CCI to settle and retain ownership of Heald, is that right? If so then rhetorically, what in the hell was this whole thing for then! I am also confused about the part you said where CCI and ECMC are putting money in escrow for legal costs. Are you implying that CCI and ECMC will jointly own the school? We know that the CA AG will not release the new buyer from liability, so whoever purchases Heald will most likely have to assume that responsibility, which I believe can still happen. I thought I read, though, that ECMC would not assume it which is why it was left out of the original deal, so do you know if something has changed? I don't mean to bombard you with questions, I am just hoping you can shed some light on this for me.
