I see that poster below is focusing on 2014. We are almost in 2015 right now, knowing how quickly PepsiCo moves, it'd be better to as what will happen in 2015.

I am not sure why everyone is talking about layoffs in 2015 as something that's almost certain. We are so big and we will always have layoffs, 2015 will not be an exception. However, we should be asking ourselves if 2015 is going to be different compared to 2014 or previous years. I think that we will have layoffs in 2015 but the breadth and depth of the cuts should be much smaller as we seem to be doing fairly well on number of fronts. That's just my 2 cents though.
I think we'll be just fine in 2014
