OK, with the prices reaching rock bottom do you think the execs will start to purge payroll here in Chevron Corporate in order to make up for lost profits due to lower prices. Also, how do you see 2015 developing, a bumpy year?

We'll see what happens, I think a big wave of layoffs is going to hit the oil industry, I do not think anyone can avoid it
