Definitely right about the couriers. No offense to them but they lack the professional our former drivers had. Creates an impersonal relationship with customers now. It's sad.

Professional are you kidding! I had someone deliver to me last week and you could smell the alcohol on his breath.
The SDO closures will come and bit them in the ass. The third party companies turn and burn their drivers and don't care who they hire. Not to mention most of the drivers are far from professional.
