They can fire at will...they can use the call plan if they choose, but in all honesty, if they don't like the color of your shoes, they will let you go and cite your performance.
They would have a rough time surviving any wrongful termination if they fired you for lack of calls or apps. They will just fire you without any reason given because PA is an at will state.
Hmmm... Just reading my contract that i signed when i got the job in admissions. No where do i see anything about my call time or number of calls. So if its not there, and they want to fire me for it, they have another thing coming. :)

Next round of layoffs at Art Institute start the first of the year. Call report???...puleeeeze..make your numbers (cause that is all that counts) and they don't give a shit about calls or referrals or talk time...meet your GAP..that too gives you a pass...so enroll the 1.2 GPA students with a personal statement...get that GAP met...bwahahahah...pack yer crap now in anticipation of the New Year's gift headed or way.
I heard they are pretty serious about these call reports and could start firing people based off of them.
