Any new info on the CA schools?
Hey thanks, I am the OP and I appreciate it. I would be curious to know if the sale is being held up by the CA AG. Some posts have stated this but I typically don't believe shit I read on here. Have you heard anything specific that might be holding up a sale? I don't mean to bombard you with questions, it's just I have read most of your previous posts and for the most part you have been on point.

Does Heald even have value ? I mean they gave away the 54 other schools for next to nothing......

You got it. The latest I know from yesterday is on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being finalized, Heald and Canada is 7 to 7.5. The original buyer that wanted additional concessions and ECMC are in the running. The Canadian info is that ECMC will service them for an unknown amount of time. The purchaser does not have the infrastructure to take over the "IT" and other skill sets.
