I still have those leads on BOGO. all of them called for housing assistance, Medicaid advice, etc.. They are legal targets based on their signature in the "I Agree" to be contacted by CCi.
Mass walk out in Thornton Contact Center - 47 agents, 4 supervisors, 2 managers.
350, down to 80 now.
353- That's right. We are down to three adjunct instructors who spend all their time calling students who don't care, two admissions reps who are inventing new, more creative ways to fool prospective students, one Campus President who stays behind closed doors all day and 11 RVPs who repeatedly threaten our jobs if we don't produce immediate results. Living the dream.....
So basically, most campuses are already closed?
