I would tell her I was a vet and needed help with finishing my VA paperwork. She would send me away and tell me to get my commander to approve my TA. I told her twice I was not using TA. After going back and forth for a couple of weeks I decided to attend university of Hawaii. Unfortunately, their counselor Bobby made too many mistakes for me. I could only imagine how poorly managed their classes were? It wasn't organized to say the least.

She was my counselor 2. The worst. She screwed up my classes. She tarded.
Stay away from University of Phoenix. I don't know what scam they're running on federal financial aid and veterans' benefits but something is up with this "school." I'm almost three weeks into my third course (15 weeks) and they still have not processed my financial aid and they keep making up a reason why they can't process the paperwork. Each time there is a different reason. The problem is there is a clause in your enrollment application that says if University of Phoenix can't secure the funds from the government, the student is responsible for payment. Stay away from University of Phoenix. There is a scam they are running and I'm sure they're under investigation.
Tell ALL of your friends vets or not to stay away from this scam.
