Has anyone heard more about possible outsourcing at the headquarters? If yes, do you think many people will be affected?

I think the original post was about layoffs... Not outsourcing. There will be more most likely.
That's screwed up.
I think it's bullshit that headquarters is having a damn potluck when they just fired a ton of people. That's just wrong.

Do you think they'll outsource Admissions like Full Sail? If I wanted to be like Full Sail, I would have applied there! The call center is so inefficient. I feel for those guys cuz I know they're trying. But I hear no one is ever there to give them direction.
I'm worried for my job. That Jerry guy set up that website to package students. They would rather make it impersonal and control from Miami rather than support, train and empower the campuses. No matter what customer service will suffer. It already is
