He never developed a relationship with the campuses. Not when he was a CFO nor in his new role of COO. He's like an over priced project manager. but can't seem to manage the projects without screwing up the budget.
We're still in the dark here. Not a single peep from the COO. How is that possible?
I think campus directors are kept in the dark on the layoffs. I think they probably were not told about it until the day before it happened.....a few days at best.
Do campus Directors have a clue what's going on?

No communication whatsoever. This is ridiculous. Top heads are just hiding counting their money. Probably needed to get their Christmas bonus, so they fired people
