Couriers WILL promise the moon to land the delivery contract, but unless it's the same courier driver going to a particular desktop business with every delivery there, it ain't gonna happen. If you're a courier driver getting paid by the piece, are you really going to go to, say, a hospital you've never been to before and spend hours trying to find all the various departments? F***, no! You're gonna take it to central receiving, drop it all off like UPS/Fed Ex do, get your signature and say "see ya"!

They'll ultimately become dock drop deliveries. Heads up Office Depot!
44321 - the couriers take over the desktops as well. There are conference calls and walk throughs at the customer(s) site (s) prior to the SDO closing. The courier will promise the moon to Staples, but ultimately, do we really believe they can service the customer like we do/did?
Sorry, I meant the desk to desk deliveries (desktop service) that Staples is under contract to service. I guess my question is, "How will Staples continue to service those desktop customers"? How have the SDO's that have closed or are scheduled to close handling this issue? Is third party going to take over desktop deliveries?
All computer equipment is sent back to the FC. All the other equipment is distributed amoungst the other SDO's.
Stolen?
