Our manager here in VA BCH said the same thing. At least 4 other drivers are looking and will resign once offered a job elsewhere. It sucked working here before but our clueless upper management makes it more harder to want to do a good job. I'm gone the first chance I get even if I have to take a pay cut.

At our SDO my supervisor told a couple of us that he didn't know if we were closing but that he's applying elsewhere. In other words read between the lines.
