Gotta love the 1.5% raise we all got..
This company sucks. Sargent needs to answer for taking an undeserved bonus while a lot of people that actually met their goals to earn one got ripped off.
Start looking no matter what. If your job is not on the block for this year, it will be next year. In the time between they will keep cutting benefits and payroll.
You've got that right, don't trust anyone right now regardless if they say position is "safe" for now.
