This has happened year after year, and I'm not surprised. I'm part of the LR for this year. Which is a good thing because this company is a sinking ship and going down fast. All our jobs are being outsourced to India. Performance accounts for nothing, but since I wanted to leave anyway, best thing that has happened to me. Managers are incompetent but excellent at providing bullshit positive spin and giving fake "you're doing well" feedback. Morale is at an all time low and going lower. Remaining team mates have zero morale to work. My own team was reduced to one person, and the rest will be indians. More importantly, R&D and innovation is non-existent, and managers are completely yes men with zero backbone on providing feedback to the upper levels. This company will not survive with the current management, the stock will most likely go to single digits in the not so far future.

This company is a cancer. They are gaming the H1B visa process to bring in Indian engineers to replace older US professionals - no performance reviews, nothing, just "restructuring the business BS". Indian engineers work for 1/3 the cost, 10-14 hours a day, 7 days a week and are grateful. I get it if you are an accountant looking to pad the bottom-line, but this total lack of social responsibility is killing the US middle class and destroying our country. Sinking ship -- shame, shame!!

Our replacements were cheap labour with zero qualifications, one person did a 3 month development course and now they're magically a qualified developer replacing a person with > 10 years experience. The support team is the next in the firing line, but the indians there are so unbelievably incompetent they know absolutely nothing, it's only a matter of time before LR 2015.
