The busy work of Talisma and Skype begins again. I hope my instructors and I can actually TEACH the few that want to learn rather than spend all our time on begging those that don't give a crap to participate. This place is such a joke.

I was having a good Week 0 wothout spending hours on Skype and Talisma trying to robotically go through large lists of adult 'students' that choose not to fulfill their responsibilities for classes they knowingly enrolled in. This always results in no change. Outreach sucks, takes too much time, and is not effective. Forcing instructors to do this type of work is ridiculous. Upper Management should all be fired without any golden parachutes.
Yes it is. The PD needs to go as well as his program lead pets. They should take over doing all Outreach and see firsthand how ineffective it is. A waste of damn time. Then let's see YOUw attrition rates!!
