Mr. bravo goes in the stores and flirts and jokes around with the younger gals. Somebody watch this guy. He is not an inspiring leader...not professional. Haven't learned a thing from this guys. he is focusing on the wrong issues!!! My store has gotten hit for 45+ units on a few occasions, every time that we emailed him about it we got a response that said ; Thanks......Thanks????? We are doing what we can on our floor to try and stop and prevent any more losses....but a Thanks shows no concern whatsoever. He might not care....but I'm concerned about my shrink. What is RLPM actually doing? Making sure that my damage tags are properly filled out oooooor helping us to actually reduce our shrink at a larger scale?????
