2 Billion savings..how it will come.
Not really, Centrilift is very profitable, Oil Tools might have some issues if the demand drops (likely) but not enough to warrant layoffs, BJ Services is a weird duck in this whole hoopla - should be similar to Baker Oil Tools even though the business models are VERY different, finally Baker Atlas is strong and will remain strong for a while. So, nothing, no layoffs, nada. Now, if the Halliburton deal goes through, there will be consolidation, heads will role - execs will leave, departments will consolidate. HUGE majority of folks will not be affected, so chill, focus on your work and you'll be just fine. Good luck and god bless.
