50% after a 10% paycut. BTW, Directors have families, bills and financial obligations the same as anyone else in the company. This hurts EVERYONE. Remember that before you go spewing your BS. Hourly employees had an option over the past few pay periods to take voluntary time off and salary and above had no choice, just a straight pay cut, to prevent something like this from happening. And who covers their work while they are out? their salaried Directors at less pay. This sucks all around, no need to point fingers and throw stones.
Two pay periods at 67.5%, but whatever. (That's one week at 100% of 90%, and the other week is 50% of 90%)
