Just wondering....of all who're now screaming "foul!" about all of the many unethical and unscrupulous acts committed by CCi through their brands (Everest, Wyotech and/or Heald) did any of you ever, even one time, buck the system and call attention to those acts PRIOR to the demise of the company and your jobs?
Let's start with the blatant incentive to attend known (at Everest schools) as bus passes and fuel cards "to help our struggling students realize their dreams, blah, blah, blah...". That practice is and always was a clear violation of federal regulations. Now, of course, when questioned, all EVPs noted that the 'practice' was signed-off by Beth Wilson; as if she trumped the feds.
For those of you who accepted that "explanation" and supplied students with those incentives to attend thinly veiled in fuel card form; Shame on you! You, at that time, followed the leader, nodding your head in blind submission and drank from the Kool-Aid in "Jack's Town".
