Only part of Anthem was purchased by IEC (former CCI management) prior to the BK. There are a few left out there that can purchase, but with 90/10 as an issue and then the mounting legal issues, it is a hard sell.
Anthem schools were bought out before they went under. How many other schools have the money to buy out for profits? That's bad news for us! Joke all you want though.
