I know there's supposed to be a monitor appointed by the Department of Education; however, I haven't heard who that monitor is or how (s)he can be contacted. Anyone have any idea?

He sends out weekly emails, reporting all the wrongdoing he's found. Not. Its not his job to tell the little people what he is supposedly doing, if anything. For a we know, he's besties with Jack anyway. Nothing would surprise me anymore.
All the monitor is doing is making sure CCI follows the agreement that the DoE and CCI signed. He is not looking into anything else and could give 2 squirts of piss about your problem. The monitor is what doing what you think his job is, monitoring.
33776: It's not the monitor's job to comment on what he's monitoring during the process. He's there to oversee, ensure that rules of the MOU are being followed, and file a report when he's done; only then will the public hear news.

I think it's interesting that they appointed such a high-powered guy and yet we've heard nothing from him. I would have expected a few statements to the press. Wonder what he's up to, if anything that is.
