@301, I disagree. Criminal investigations will proceed at a rate similar to the pay schedule (CCi to "those in power"). Let the depositions begin.

If you are subject to criminal prosecution, your lobby funding is irrelevant. What you need now is a legal defense fund. I suspect the DOE operating agreement does not allow Title IV funding to be used to keep Jack and others out of jail.
