With insane sales volume and profit, think north of 8, then long-term you're gone. Also we are now taking the approach of current market protection, so we are waiting out a few details, but again long-term (next 2 to 3 years) we'll massively reduce our retail division. There is however fear that even though retail is volatile it supports aspects of sales through dotcom and the elimination of one will considerably weaken the other. In any case 5 years from now people will go, "oh yeah I remember Staples" trust me borders and circuit city didn't think they were going anywhere until the rug got pulled out from underneath them. Its all over this site, but if you're in Staples retail, GET OUT ASAP.
