My bet would be cutting all SMMs (operations) from any store under $8 million. They already cut them under $6 mill.

I'll be out soon....Following the advice of a colleague that went through all this at Circuit City, and now Staples. They left Staples and I am not far behind. If they keep this pattern of screwing people over on bonuses , yet giving execs bonuses, cutting hours yet raising expectations and budgets it may be enough to drive some people postal.
