I am a former employee, just checking in and sifting through the garbage to see what is going on. I started checking in on this board back in 2011 and there was the occasional piece of good information. I hate to see all of the doomsday troll posts and bashing of employees that has become commonplace. Within the management structure of CCI, we started talking back in 2009 about the difficulties that CCI was about to experience, and it gradually got worse than expected. Several posts back in 2011 and forward pointed toward a BK or restructure. Timing is everything and the DOE played their cards at the most opportune time (June - End of the FY) to insure the doors would close at CCI. Without supporting the wrongs that CCI has done, it was borderline criminal what the Feds have done. Best of luck in future endeavors to each of you.

Anonymous32544- Where was 32539 being nasty? Is having an opinion that CCi cannot pull through this period such a bad thing to classify someone as nasty as a troll? I have my reservations about CCi's ability to pull through this rough period. Go ahead and say I'm as nasty as a troll too, but when you have 50 cents for every dollar you owe, there are going to be major problems.
539, if you have no interest I sharing I for, employee or not, why come here? Nobody needs your lousy attitude. Hopefully you will be able to hide that while you are looking for your next job. Oh, and thanks for your non information. We know how this ends. That doesn't mean we can't be decent and respectful and helpful to one another. You sound nasty as a troll. I'm sorry for you.

I would love to be a part of that group! People here with no connection to CCI schools putting us down, starting false rumors, and posting old news stories is really unwelcome and annoying. I rarely check in here anymore. I see it's been much worse since the last time.
Us too. We have an IM group for our campus. We are thinking about starting a closed FB or other group. Just trying to figure out details and how to verify employment. We want real information and discussion. Nobody outside a CCI school would be welcome.
