Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Is the First Amendment no longer upheld by SCOTUS? Was there a ruling I wasn't aware of, Dahnbo?

Free Speech on this board, or on college campuses is only sanctioned by Big Brother, right, Dahnbo?

Stop being such a poosy fascist, Dahndweeb.

You gf loves sucking my C%#K.

@Anonymous32742, you sound like a manager, but not a lawyer. I do know that your organization has a history of intimidating people. That strategy only lasts so long. Watch APOL's so-called allies run when it loses more of its credibility, and more is publicly revealed.

but where we differ is your desire to curtail free speech on this board. As it's anonymous, we may never know where the 'offensive' speech emanates. This organization is full of degenerate ass pirates and carpet munchers who lie but are protected by corporate. Focus your attention on their criminal actions not on our speech. UOP and their fellow for profit scammers are all dying a slow death--we need to stand together to speed their demise up.

Sounds like UoP has a nice claim for tortious interference with an advantageous business relationship. Got insurance for that, Dahn?

Yes, you do have freedom of speech--but there are consequences for speech and actions. Apollo Group and University of Phoenix have certain responsibilities by taking Title IV funds and by being a US corporation (EEOC regulations, for example). It cannot allow managers to sexually harass employees for example, or exploit particular groups workers or students. APOL/UoP also does not have the absolute right to steal billions of dollars in government funds if it is a criminal enterprise.
