Anon32545, exactly how can CS-West enforce such a policy? I mean its not like when the big boss sends me and Tony Two Toes out to have a talk wit somebody what owes the boss money. Nuthin personal.

What is the policy about former employees that got laid off being re-hired? Is there a minimum wait time, say a year or 3?
Current CS:West employees are forbidden to give you any kind of reference. The only people who can give you a reference are former co-workers no longer employed by L-3. An HR policy that is a bit over the top and heavy handed in my opinion.
