T. Rowe also owns land there even though they backed out of their deal with Pasco. They don't plan on developing it according to this quote "“At this time, we do not expect to construct the buildings, but we do still own the land, so that hasn’t changed."

The beauty of owning the land is that the market value has gone up and it can be resold for a profit.
Some companies have pulled out of wiregrass lately. Did they have land purchased too like RJ?
