How much does it cost to sell ~$75M in loans for $19M? Selling Wyotech assets reminds me of the crackheads down at the pawn shop.

While there is much more to it, the cost to obtain the fourth amendment was 2.5%, or 2.5M, since the credit line is very close to $100M ($1M cash today, $1.5M cash in two months; $2.5M expense today). Then there was $0.5M (cash today) in transactional costs related to the sale of the student notes. That was a very expensive $19M in cash today.
