This filing is from last week.
I can't be part of CCI as a SOCLE employee, I don't know anything about education...oh wait...
Socle is not part of CCi. I'm sure what you're reading is just a misunderstanding.
I've been lied to - SOCLE is part of CCI!

30236...lol, you must work for CCi. The filing says filed on 08/25/14. That looks like today to me.
This SEC filing was posted last week. Old news.
Yes, $19M for the loans, but the buyer deeply discounted the loans, so CCi has to take a $55M to $59M charge. While the loans were sold at fair market value, the $75M CCi was hoping to get by holding the loans will never be realized.
They only got 19 Million for the loans
Another $55M to $59M charge: "on August 19, 2014 that an impairment charge is required of approximately $55 million to $59 million (all of which is non-cash except for approximately $0.5 million of transaction costs). The Company expects to include the impairment charge in its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014."
Desperate is as desperate does.
