They just walked a new hire class through Colorado Springs. Either they were desperate for at least a temporary job or they are clueless about what's happening with this company.

Let's talk about rationale at Socle... they asked us all to take 5 days off unpaid, but meanwhile overtime is open 6 days a week. I know people here working 60 hours a week. Other people have taken an unpaid day to give themselves a break during the week but then work the overtime shift on Saturday and still get 40 hours on their paycheck lmao. So they "save" a day of pay when a worker volunteers to take it off, and then pay out time and a half to someone else on Saturday? Brilliant.
They are most likely getting paid 30,000-35,000. Also; they could be part time employees. What ever the case CCi is desperate, need to keep revenue stream coming. Jobs in the springs are such that they will find a lot of folks to work at these jobs.
073, because they're so forthcoming? It's literally nobody's business. They won't answer that.
Has anyone asked management what the rationale is for hiring more?
