With the consistent decline as a company and the inevitable factor of their business model's obsolescence, why not just quit now? The company should be parted out and sold off for its still (However waning) profitable divisions. Or, conversely an activist investor needs to acquire it with the hopes of instituting radical change that can produce viable results. My 2 cents on the whole affair is simply to sell it off and produce a high a return on invested equity as possible. Each Q earnings call is ridiculous and we continue to allow ineffectual leadership to run the company down the drain. (Did you know we sell drains on staples.com).

Haha oh my god, lol it's so true, they constantly talk about how good the fires are for sales. Goes to show you, the only place fires should help sales is in hell...
Sargent and all his cronies need to go. Demos can open a frozen greek yogurt shop and Otis can do Smokey the Bear commercials...Forest fires are good for bidness.....
