Yep, true story. DS and BC are BFFs. That's why DS saved his sorry ass when online let him go. Duh, he was let go for a reason, cuz he sucks. Should have let him go. The man never works a full week, how much can he be contributing.

Love it when BC does the floor huddle and everyone can clearly tell he doesn't know what he's talking about. He reads like a 2nd grader and forces the mgt team up there to confirm his info. After feeling like an idiot he talks about his personal life. Shortly after, DS comes out and spews the same garbage. We all know these two have been wiping each other's booty hole.

In talking to my peers, almost everyone is rethinking their Socle job. The lies are getting old and we can see what is happening (or not happening) with the clients. The story DS tried selling about signing up schools for the fall, that did not happen. There is a senior manager telling people to update their resumes and start looking. Of course he is only telling his favorites. The ship is sinking.

Very few people still working at Socle actually believes that we are strong enough to stay open on our own. The managers LOVE to give eloquent speeches about how much they love Socle, and we should have faith in this company and it's bright future. Unfortunately these morale boosting speeches always come as the manager is walking out the door because they "made a personal family decision to quit" and they swear it has "nothing, I repeat, NOTHING to do with what is going on with CCi". I'm losing managers and coworkers like crazy, and I'm still supposed to believe that we're doing great? Guess what, I can do basic math. The handful of clients we've signed aren't using us for financial aid processing. The ONE client that is only has about 450 students. Our current work force is necessary for the thousands of students we process for CCi. How many employees are really going to be needed for one client with 450 students?

Hmmmm...has anyone heard anything from the angry li'l redneck? She used to be on this board ranting about how "golden" Socle was, we were all "biters" at Everest(bitter), they have dozens of clients, etc, etc. Nothing for a while. Maybe she's gone too. We think we know who she is, and she doesn't work in Tampa, so it's hard to say if she's still with us.

Trust me, Socle is impolding. The top brass and their besties are holding on as long as they can, but it's just to get a few more paychecks for themselves. Their entire strategy is to hope the rest of you are too dumb to see what's going on as they quietly shed more and more staff. I'm at CSC and everyone here knows that Socle has been a disaster since day one.

All that CB sh*t is crazy, what does she have on DS to get this special treatment. He CREATED a new job for her that we did not need and he is so proud of himself. WTF! But there is no effort to keep the actual good one from leaving. So twisted.

CB doesn't work from home our voluntary no pay days pay for her to travel all week.

I agree about the CB deal. Work from home privilege from out of state seems fishy to me too. While poor CM has to travel while pregnant. something very wrong there.

For sure rethinking my career when they keep someone on the payroll (CB) who gave notice, moved to a non-CCi state but still works for SOCLE. Sounds a little fishy to me.
