It lacked facts, supporting statements and was so vague to almost make no sense of your point. But what is missed most is exactly what Everest lacks: heart and compassion. You can say words. That letter was an absolute embarrassment. And to think that it came from an academic leader at an "educational" institution. Pathetic!
