Has it dawned on you why there is such derision and venom on most of these posts mentioning some of you by name? It's because of the lies, coercion, and manipulation you used on people who are/were trying to do their jobs, but you felt compelled to intimidate and lie to get more production from them. It doesn't work that way and it will surely be this school's undoing in the very near future.

You nailed it with this post. Explains exactly what has gone on with this company in the past. They are cutting people in higher positions here and there but they need a real sea change. Will be interesting to see if the new president is going to try to run it as an actual school (like we were told) or a business per status quo.
This place is stifling. Try bringing in a new idea that would help improve the culture and you get shut down probably because some big boy didn't have the idea first and he can't have an underling showing him up.
Notice all the fat, lazy, piles of $hit meandering around the halls of this place. It is like zombieland minus the Ebola. Give it time though, these fat, uncleanly sloths roaming around touching everything in the building will spread disease faster than a Cambodian hooker giving out $2 tuck shots. Plan to be sick this winter people. The company does not care about you or your health. Look at that toxic hellhole they are shutting down yet nothing is supposedly wrong yet half the building calls in sick every other flipping day.
Did I mention this place is a horrible environment for working? Boiler room sales environment not a college space. Run don't walk away from this toxic employer.
Exacttamundo. Senior management only hire malleable puppets, people that are yes women, incapable of empathy,compassion, or an ability to lead.This organization doesn't want to become a legitimate institution of higher learning. Senior managers only care about asses in classes.
The management at Apollo is incompetent. They don't know how to develop a positive culture, to be transparent and genuine or honest about their plans for the future which everyone could then align with.
The reason are many but some are because they live in a world of distrust and can't imagine how to break out of that and create an open atmosphere for the broader corporate community. The other is they lack management skills or emotional intelligence. Many of these guys, if they were leaders on the battlefield field would find their soldiers taking turns shoving bayonets in their backs because their demeaning and bullying version of leadership skills would not be tolerated in a real world free of bullshit politics. In other words they don't have any leadership skills. Just Bullying Skills. Could there be any other explanation for someone deciding to shoot bullets into the windows of the headquarters building in Phoenix? I mean where else does that happen in America? Answer: not at sound businesses that treat their employees with respect.
