You can't eliminate campus presidents, DOA's, Dir of Finance, DEANS, every college needs them. I do agree that the downfall of CCI was greedy, bonus based, Regional leadership staff.

So let me get this straight, management looks for dynamic ways to fire people because it's a company directive? So now management gets to play god with people's lives and their welfare. And apparently they could care less about people below them. Very heartless and cold, so who would want to care about them and their welfare? Surely not I! And most of the people trolling this site. I bet if you can get an anonymous vote, people would care less what happens to Corinthian Management.

Wow. I'm not sure what type of job you hold with CCI but if these are your true thoughts you just might have a problem working anywhere. Every company has it's hierarchy. Frankly, I'm glad that I needn't hear every detail of their day. They get paid well to be robotic and follow company directives whether they agree or not, like cogs in a wheel.
