Would love to put all your fears to rest, but my magic 8-ball seems to be broken at this time. Sorry, I suppose we will have to wait and find out as time unfolds instead of sitting around and guessing...

My guess? IT and Socle staff will be fine for awhile, but generic departments like HR and accounting will be scaled down quickly and integrated into ECMC's. If they ARE the buyer, those departments will eventually go away. They are not going to want two HR, two accounting, etc and they are headquartered in DC. Doubtful that they'd relocate staff. Eventually IT and Socle will go to.

Remember here that Jack's great plan is to turn CCi into a service company to colleges, providing the same services that marketing and Socle do not. That is why Jack is trying to sell to a buyer that does not have these services and put in the sale agreement that the buyer will use THE NEW CCi for services. Therefore, if things go according to Jack's "great plan" most of the employees at the contact centers will still have a job - MAYBE!! Remember Jack is in charge and recently he has one lousy track record.

Best be looking for another job because as soon as the non profit signs the deal CSC Denver and Santa Ana will be done. Only campus based jobs will be retained
