The sale of Heald can NOT happen until November of 2014 at the soonest. CCI bought Heald in November or 2009, and per accreditation, they can't sell for five (5) years. You old timers will recall when the Palmer group bought Heald, they had to hold the company for five (5) years before selling to CCI.

I don't think your information is accurate, at least part of it is definitely not. The Palmer group bought Heald in 2007; CCi bought it in 2009.
