Don't be fooled, there were many in WFS that opted out of the test. These folks had enough of the games and want to get back to work for a "real" company where Leadership knows how to set goals and treat employees with the respect they deserve.

completed their BS and I do mean BS, at UOP. What I find more outrageous is the use of a real assessment to gauge one's business acumen and critical thinking, but assessing student outcomes at the school consisted of group PowerPoint presentations, open book tests, papers where the instructor harped on improper use of APA style, never mind the content, and assessed by instructors who don't have the first clue about teaching methodologies. Hilarious.

It was recommend to Senior Managers, Directors, & VPs that all former CELs that moved over to WFS attend Professional Selling Skills (Core) workshops by Achieve Global as well as Detailed Communication Skills Workshops. That never happened. You can see where they are at today. Not only do you need to be an Expert at Selling Skills to penetrate a business but you also my be an Expert at how to Negotiate what you have to offer that business. WFS members lacked these very important skills that became their down fall today!!!Most were unsuccessful BDS's, CEL's, Managers & Directors that came over from enrollment or business development that ended up putting the nail in the coffin so to say. Very sad as the ledership stood by and collected huge pay checks and allowed this to happen. Remember leadership is about people and management is about things.

Everyone in WFS had to take a test called Prove IT! it is a test made by IBM that basically assess ones ability to do a job. in our case is was sales skills, personality, and critical thinking. If you pass you get to interview to get your job back, if you fail you are fired. The email for all those that failed went out today. It looks like about half as far as i can tell failed the test...

The VP of enrollment might want to talk about shit canning ALL middle managers as well as most ops/ SSS people and campus directors. Who needs a campus director if the university has adopted a 'school' model, one in which the campus director has no say in how Enrollment/Academics/Finance departments are run. Talk about waste.

It's time to roll most of these campuses up as the customer service model and industry competition require UOP be solely an online entity.

I'm looking forward to seeing retard middle managers dumped, and because of their for profit crap degree, left looking for work. No one will hire people who graduate from schools like this one.

I was good at my job but still fired. WTF?

Have they fired middle managers yet? These people do nothing but pressurize EAs for numbers.
