"expired value" staff and "unpledged assets" - that is sick how they think of folks who dedicate their days to this company whether it be on transportation, retail or in their sales offices. Can you enlighten on what roles those descriptions are for?
Just make sure by the time you jump ship you're not too far out to sea. Associate relations is launching an initiative to upper and mid management to oust what they refer to as "expired value" staff and "unpledged assets" they will be targeted heavily through the ongoing reductions process.
