Colorado Springs isn't providing coffee anymore. How much more ghetto can we go?

613 you had me up to the part about maintenance installing coin operated restroom doors, we all know there are no maintenance people left.
Update: management has reconsidered and will make unlimited coffee available immediately. In an effort to boost energy levels and performance, employees are encouraged to please drink as much coffee as possible throughout the day. In a possibly related move, building maintenance will be installing coin-operated access to the bathrooms later today.
Not surprising someone is cryin' about not having coffee anymore. I remember in our monthly Student Service meetings when we were asked to submit questions to leadership. We'd have people submit questions like: "Why don't we have more tea flavors to choose from?" Or, can we get a slushy machine because I don't like coffee. Let's not worry about keeping the business afloat, lets focus on tea and coffee....so glad I don't work there any longer.
I agree with 542. This place sucks - more work, less pay, fewer perks!! At least it pays better than unemployment. I'll be here getting paid until I find the right opportunity to leave or CCi goes bankrupt.
Really coffee...come on! I sit by the coffee desk and get tired of seeing the same people drink 6 cups a coffee before noon. Bring your own!
We can bring in K-Cups, so that's not too bad. Turns out it wasn't that big of a perk, it's really just the convenience of them providing the machine. Meh.
Believe me or not, go check the open positions for Tempe az. We are hiring in student finance admissions and for a new director of admissions. Ask anybody on this board. We are set up for half price vending. I'm positing this willing drinking my milky way flavored coffee.
Yeah right.
Meanwhile we still have plenty of coffee in Tempe, half off prices in the vending machines, and we are now hiring again. Guess the furlough saved that for us
Coffee isn't being provided because the bills haven't been paid. I'm waiting on the electricity to be shut off, that's another bill that's at least 45 days past due. At our campus we've just been shut off by most of our vendors for past due payments. Even some of the vendors that have been paid have put us on cash only basis.
Providing coffee is a nice perk for a company to give their employees. It's just another nice amenity that CCi is taking away from us. We're not entitled, just sick of having all our perks taken away while being asked to do more work for less pay. This place sucks. And before you all start telling me to get another job, I'm working on that, have been for a while. Waiting for the right opportunity. You guys can be so mean, and rude. Get a grip. People like perks at work.
Haha not providing coffee is ghetto? Go buy your own coffee. Sheesh.
510- Thankfully I was booted out before the end of the coffee, so my coffee provided streak continues.
506, until now
I've never worked anywhere where the coffee wasn't provided, among other amenities.
After everything, this upsets you?wow.justwow.
I've worked at only one job that had had coffee - if you paid for it.
Lick, keep calm and dial on
I am a student. I work at Chubb, we have more in revenue than CCI and we never provided coffee to employees. What makes CCI folks entitled here?
Why do employees think any company should provide coffee?
I imagine they will be wheeling the plants out soon. Just f-ing close already.
Tampa has been out of coffee for some time.
Lol 41483. Stop it! Lmao.
In response to the outcry in Colorado Springs, management has announced that instead of coffee, HR has installed a Vallium lick in the break area. It is suggested that employees take advantage of this new benefit in an effort to keep calm and continue dialing......
How much more trailer trash can you get.
