Met up with a friend who still works for CCI the other day. It was like talking to a Zombie. CCI is playing an emotional game with them to keep them around and it isn't pretty.

I see Stepford Wives Glowing. I swear it's absolutely unreal how the kool-aid drinkers here act. It's like all of "the troubles" are just a silly rumor and only foolish people would pay them any heed. They are truly, deeply, blissfully ignorant. The latest is them tripping all over themselves to go on about how "grateful" they are to have such a great employer. BTW, I'm Socle Tampa.
I see Bored People Chatting. Our works gone down by like 40% but workforce is basically the same size. Our biggest problem is boredom.
Screw a two-week notice. They won't take it anyway. I'll tell my new employer I'm giving two weeks, and then just take a vacay to relax and decompress after what's it been like around here lately.

I agree with 172 - we are not indentured servants. CCi is embroiled in evil. I encourage everyone to get out and find another job. I'm waiting to hear about several jobs I have interviewed with. I need this job until I find another. Once I accept an offer, I'm giving my two week notice and I'm GONE.
