Every day someone else in our dept quits. Of course its the good employees that are leaving. The deadbeats are staying around and hoping for the best. I have several intervuews next weeks so I hope to be gone soon also.

Better learn how to spell "interview" before your intervuew
Even with the 10% reduction I am still in the market range for my skills. Why should I bail when I come in and leave when I want, wear what I want, watch videos on my tablet? Why would I want a hassle of a 40+ hour week when I am just sucking free internet and AC.

I am gone as soon as I finish grades for this term. Off to bigger and better (and more ethical) things. I wish everyone well and my advice is to "get the hell out of dodge/aka Jackland.
