I am ECPO faculty, and as of this morning I have ZERO new emails from upper management, or from anyone, for that matter. Where is this email?

The email went to campus presidents only. They are to forward it to their staff. And yes, the banks signed off.
40694, you are either a troll or upper management telling lies as always. Haven't you noticed that when an email goes out it is always talked about on this site at length? Not to mention Jack almost never sends out emails. There are plenty of other people like Ken to do the emailing for him. There was no email. In fact, as am employee I find it unsettling just how quiet it's been. There's been no emails, calls, or meetings in a month. At least not for us reps. I'm sure the management has been getting all kinds of info behind closed doors.

Jack sent out an email yesterday saying all docs have been signed. There is no danger of losing T4 funds. The doors aren't closing and there is very good news on the horizon. Believe me, I'm in the know and we're going to end up in a much better position than we've been in for years.
I'm sure this is going to be met with a bunch of insults, but for those of you who are really using this site to gather info to make a decision on your future, our future is bright. Hang in there.
Of course it is too big to let it just fail. I suspect at add one point everest will teach out. Then the calls can stop. They are bullshit. Maybe a year or 2 years to complete teach out. That's the secret the bosses don't want you to know. This is the only source on information for adjuncts. We are told nothing. P'S are worthless. Wish the liars would stop on the board. OP if this is true, how long does it take to go into effect? The SEC site still says the last filing was on 9/19.
