I got laid off last year and rehired into a higher level position without a dime increase in salary. Well I just got laid off again on Wednesday and guess what I found out!!! One of my peers, just so happens to be a male, got hired after me at $40,000 MORE A YEAR THAN ME!!! And our bonus is a percentage of our salary. Is this fair?????
