Ever since Lambert came into Sears he has had negative results on everything he touches. Oh for the good old days of Brennen and Sears advancing employees up through the ranks. People who have not had retail experience have no business running a retail company.

there are way too many marketing types in the leadership roles, we need more folks who know how to operate not only advertise things
